Quick updates on some of our former Ants overseas:
Jamelle Cornley -- he is continuing his great play in Uruguay, but it looks like he is getting little help from his teammates. His team is currently 2-11, but the Americans are playing well, which indicates to me his national players stink. Jamelle is averaging about 25 a game, and one stat that stands out is his three point shooting, which is at about 44 percent. Not NBA threes, but he is still showing some range and that can only help his game.
Coleman Collins -- Ulm has dropped their first two games this season, but not because of the bigs (so it seems from the stats). Coleman is averaging about 10 and 6 in 22 minutes per game.
Sean Sonderleiter: Also in Ulm, Sean had a heck of a game last game with 14 and 9. He is averaging about 12 and 7 in 22 minutes.
Jared Reiner -- Jared is also in Germany playing for Bayreuth. He has had a tough time shooting thus far, but he is still hitting the boards strong.
Earl Calloway -- Our main man Mr. Calloway continues to prove himself as one of the best guards in Spain -- if not Europe. Unicaja is 1-1 so far, and Earl is averaging about 12 and 4 assists. He is a star over there and he will make a lot of money in his career.
That is all I have for now, but I do want to male a quick comment on numbers. 12 points a game may not seem like a lot, but it is really good over in Europe. It is quite a different style over there, and double figures averages is not bad work at all.
